1. General Cowaramup Tree Farm is a boutique nursery located in South West Western Australia, specialising in rare and useful endemic plants, selected exotic species, and succulents. By purchasing from or engaging with Cowaramup Tree Farm, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. Product Availability All plants and products are subject to availability. We strive to maintain an accurate inventory, but stock levels may change without notice. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or will endeavour to supply the next growing season.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched or collected. We accept cash, EFTPOS, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified at the time of purchase.
4. Orders and Returns
Orders can be placed in person, online (if applicable), or via direct communication.
We take great care to ensure our plants are healthy at the time of sale. However, due to the nature of living plants, we cannot guarantee their survival once they leave our premises.
Returns and refunds are only accepted for defective or misrepresented products. If you believe your plant is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof of the issue.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, nor are replacements once delivery has been accepted.
5. Plant Care and Responsibility Once a plant has been sold, its care and maintenance become the responsibility of the customer. We provide guidance on how to best care for our plants, but we are not liable for any issues arising from improper care, incorrect planting, environmental conditions, or external factors beyond our control.
6. Delivery and Collection
Customers can arrange to collect their orders from our nursery at a mutually agreed time.
Delivery services may be available upon request, subject to additional charges and delivery area limitations.
We do not take responsibility for plants once they have been delivered or collected.
7. Liability
Cowaramup Tree Farm is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our products. Customers are responsible for assessing the suitability of plants for their specific needs and environments.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Cowaramup Tree Farm reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically for updates.
